Exciting news from the BTV Hotline… BTV Spring shows are heating up! Cameras are rolling, lines are memorized, and our shows are on the way to being ready for viewing at the end of April at our spring premiere at the Avon on April 30th 2012.

If you write your own music and would like to have it be featured in a BTV Show send it over to us! Our Spring Shows are looking for musicians who have completed, or plan to complete, songs to submit to BTV to be included on the soundtrack of our spring shows…

Our Spring Shows teams have been hard at work casting, organizing, and getting each project underway.  We are super excited to be working, learning, and having fun with such amazing a talented people this spring. Congratulation to our newly casted actors!

This was the most competitive the BTV Screenplay Competition ever, with over 30 submissions. The winners of this semester’s competition are:

What We Are (Not) by Maria Pabon

Replica by Sam Eilertsen and Harrison Heller

Roomies by Sam Sheehan and Samier Saeed

Kodak 135 by Lance Jabr

And of Course our Feature Film that is already in production, Two Hearts!

We are so excited to hit the ground running on the production for these films. Casting will be February 11th in Wilson 101 12pm-4pm!

Come try out for BTV’s Spring Shows!

Our yearly spring auditions for Brown University Student Television shows is happening again this February. No prior experience is necessary to audition for our student written productions. If you have an interest in being in our films, we have an interest in you! Casting Call will be held on Sat. Feb 11th at Wilson 101 from 12pm-4pm. We will provide you with one or two pages of sides (printed excerpts of from the screenplay) to read for us.
