The Air is a mocumentary about a college student, Ray, who has just gotten over a serious case of mono and decides to continue the habits this illness has bestowed upon him.  Ray will never touch anyone or let anyone touch him ever again!  Although it seems difficult, Ray sees it as the start of a new life.  He even gets a taste of success and notoriety from his new position as the "guitarist" in the local rock band Cocktail Penguins. But Ray doesn't want any of this to hold back his relationship with his girlfriend, Debra.  This new life comes with personal space, fame, and love making complications.  How will Ray, Debra, and the Cocktail Penguins deal with it all?
